Two days with the marine surveyor, who crawled into and inspected every nook and cranny. We tested the engine, steering, navigation electronics, stove, fridge. We rode the travel lift up and out, and got to see her on the hard — so cute!

It is hot in Loreto, Baja Sur; 102 degrees Fahrenheit in the shade! But Habibi is cool when I visit every morning. If I can just hold out until all the paperwork is signed, we can get the hell out of Dodge. Isla Carmen awaits.
